It’s 12 days until Christmas!!!! Wooohoo! After a weeklong NYC getaway, and now with numerous holiday celebrations in the very near future, I need ALLLL the fitness motivation I can get. So, I’m making my own, right now, right here. BAM! I created a list of how to stay motivated and keep fit, healthy and positive over the next 12 days and because I just love you so dang much, I’m sharing it with you too! Muah!
