It’s Christmas Eve! I spent the morning in bed with the Husband, our 3 year old, our 6 month old, our dog and our kitten (plus a cup of coffee). We all got to snuggle and enjoy each other without having to rush to get ready for school ,work or anything. I actually got to sit and soak it all in, actually be in the moment. It’s often hard for me to just be in the present moment, but when I am there is so much joy. I’m so grateful for this morning.
And friends, I am grateful for you.
I am grateful for your support and encouragement over the years. I am so thankful for each person who actually wants to read what I write. This blog provides me with a creative outlet. It’s a place where I feel safe to express myself and where I have been fortunate enough to find a community that I connect with through my content. Thanks for following along on our many adventures and allowing me to just be my true self!
And while I’m at it, I want to give a HUGE thanks to my friend Dottie who took these fantastic friend photos for us. This girl, she is one of those rare people you meet in life who are so genuine, kind and creative that you just want to be around them. Thanks Dottie, for being someone who makes me want to be a better person.
BTW, friend photos are the best! We had so much fun doing a cheesy Christmas theme! (And, my annual TX friend photos will be coming soon!)
Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays friends! I hope you get to spend the time with people you love and lots of good food!
